Zurich Insurance Group has officially announced the appointment of Adriana Scherzinger as Group Head of Captives.

Ms. Scherzinger brings nearly 20 years of experience in captive insurance and commercial insurance management, having joined Zurich in 2005. Most recently, she served as VP Head of Alternative Risk Solutions for Zurich North America, and earlier held key leadership roles including Head of International Program Business, Commercial Insurance Latin America.

In her new role, Ms. Scherzinger will be based in Zurich and report to Vinicio Cellerini, Global Head of Customer and Distribution Management, Commercial Insurance.

This appointment is effective September 1, 2024.
