Lemonade announced the appointment of Nick Stead as Chief Financial Officer. Tim Bixby, the incumbent Chief Financial Officer, will transition to serve as a director of the company.

Nick Stead currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Lemonade. He has been deeply involved in many of the company’s key financial milestones, including its IPO, follow-on offerings, strategic acquisitions and the execution of strategic financing partnerships.

The appointment will take effect on 1 January, 2027.
