Aon recently announced a number of regional leadership appointments. Kai-Frank Buechter and Tracy-Lee Kus have been appointed Co-CEOs for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Pedro Penalva has been appointed CEO for Latin America.

Kai-Frank Buechter, most recently CEO of Aon’s Germany, Austria and Switzerland region, will oversee Continental Europe and North Africa. Tracy-Lee Kus, previously CEO of Aon’s Global Broking Center, will oversee the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa and the Middle East. Pedro Penalva most recently served as Head of Enterprise Clients for EMEA. All three will report to Greg Case, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aon, and join Aon’s Executive Committee.

The EMEA Co-CEO appointments are effective June 1, 2026, and the Latin America CEO appointment is effective July 1, 2026.
