Aon has recently announced the appointment of Denise Perlman as Executive Managing Director and Middle Market Segment Leader for Reinsurance. In her new role, Denise Perlman will focus on supporting middle‑market insurers to drive business growth, while participating in pre‑closing preparations for the proposed USI acquisition.

Denise Perlman joined Aon in 2025 and previously served as CEO of Middle Market for North America at Aon. Prior to joining Aon, she held the position of President for National Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency, where she led business growth for small‑and‑mid‑sized clients, managed specialized industry practices, and oversaw the development of differentiated insurance product suites.
