QBE North America has announced the appointment of Matt Westhoff as President of its Commercial Insurance business. He succeeds Mike Foley, who has transitioned to the role of Chief Underwriting Officer for QBE North America.

Prior to joining QBE, Westhoff served as Head of North America Commercial Property at Beazley. In his new role, he will be based in New York and oversee QBE North America’s entire commercial insurance portfolio.

This appointment is effective November 11, 2024.
