The Hartford recently announced two key executive appointments. Mike Low has been appointed Head of Captive Solutions, and Dave Mendes has been appointed Head of Complex Liability Solutions.

Mike Low previously served as Head of Complex Liability Solutions for the Middle and Large Business unit. In his new role, he will be based in Atlanta.

Dave Mendes previously served as Head of Excess Solutions and will continue to hold this position concurrently. He will be based in New York.
