Chubb has announced the appointment of Scott Williams as Private Equity Industry Practice Leader. Scott Williams will lead Chubb’s strategy for the private equity sector and oversee the integration of underwriting and claims services.

Scott Williams succeeds Seth Gillston, who has been appointed Head of Global Casualty for Major Accounts in North America. Scott Williams will also continue to serve as Private/Not-for-Profit Management Liability Practice Leader. In his new role, he will be based in New York and report to Michael Mollica, Vice President of Chubb Group and Division President of North American Financial Lines.
