Aon has announced the appointment of Susan Doering as Global Food, Agribusiness and Beverage Leader.

Susan Doering joined Aon last year as an Enterprise Client Leader. Prior to Aon, she served as Head of Climate Risk Solutions at Willis Towers Watson. Earlier in her career, she held various leadership roles in environmental underwriting at Philadelphia Insurance, AIG, and Kemper Insurance. In her new role, Susan Doering will be based in Philadelphia and report to Petra Schmidt, Global Industry Leader.

This appointment is effective January 1, 2026.
