Global insurance brokerage and risk management service provider Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has recently announced that Pen Underwriting, its specialist underwriting subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of Ireland-based Ornella Underwriting Limited.

Ornella Underwriting Limited is a managing general agent (MGA). Through its network of partner independent brokers, it offers a broad range of commercial and personal insurance products across the Irish market, with particular expertise in private car, van, home and motor fleet insurance.
