Manulife announces the appointment of Sinéad O’Connor as Chief Actuary, who will also join the Manulife Executive Leadership Team.

Sinéad O’Connor is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries UK (FIA) and Fellow of the Society of Actuaries USA (FSA). She joined Manulife in 2007. Prior to this appointment, she served as Global Head of Inforce Management. She has previously held roles including Deputy Chief Actuary, Head of Group Actuarial, US IFRS Chief Actuary, as well as leadership positions across Annuities, Long‑Term Care and Finance divisions.
